At YCE we are commited to ensuring your online experience with us is a safe as possible. We will never reveal details of your name, contact details or paypemnt details to third parties and will only use information with your permission.

Privacy
Use of information
We will only hold your details on file for as long as required to process an order or provide you with literature. We may also contact you by e-mail or phone to ensure you have recieved the products or literature as requested. Once this has taken place, your details will be removed from our system, and not passed on to any other 3rd parties.

Mailing List
If you order from us or request literature, you may be given the option of joining our e-mail mailing list. If you have also requested to be put on our mailing list, we will contact you from time to time (never more than once a month) with special offers and product announcements. If you want to be removed from the list at any time, you can send an e-mail to info@yce.co.uk with the title "Remove from Mailing List" including your name and address. Once this has been requested, you will not be contacted again. At no point will any of your details be passed on to third parties.

 

Security

All payments are handled by Paypal for your online safety and security. Details of their own privacy policy relating to payments can be found on their website at www.paypal.co.uk. When you make a payment, you will be given the option of opening a paypal account. This is optional, as payments can still be made using a credit or debit card.
