As the sole kitchen equipment supplier and installer of all Miller and Carter restaurants, YCE has completed numerous projects for this national steakhouse chain throughout the United Kingdom.
The Southwell Minster was built over 900 years ago with open doors to hundreds of thousands of visitors, pilgrims and worshippers throughout this time. YCE were tasked with completing its most recent commercial kitchen renovation to modernise the catering facilities in the minster’s great hall.
Using expertise in design, supply and installation of commercial kitchens, the YCE team delivered a full project for The Radcliffe restaurant.
For this project, the YCE team were tasked with not only delivering the Mill Tavern’s commercial kitchen, but also the front-of-house server counter.
YCE designed, supplied and installed the incredible cookery school in Betty’s, Harrogate.
With a specific request for Yorkshire-based suppliers, YCE were the perfect kitchen project house to work on the Market Table restaurant in Greenwich.
For the Marston’s owned Stags Leap in Rugeley, YCE delivered a full kitchen project, as well as front-of-house requirements.
The Oakingham Belle, a Marston restaurant, was a new build venue which was opened in September 2019.
The team at YCE was in charge of redesigning the back-of-house kitchen and front-of-house cafe at The Big Word in Leeds.
Bunkers was a Brand New building on the Aldwark manor estate, which was opened in September 2022.
